A New Era of “Good Practice” in Innovative Education
The regulation introduced to monitor and reward the teaching performance of academic staff at the University has begun to yield results. Within the scope of the “Regulation on the Evaluation and Rewarding of Innovative Teaching and Learning Performance,” which entered into force by Senate decision on 03 September 2025, award-winning faculty members shared their experiences.

Award-Winning Academics Shared Their Experiences
At the seminar held on 20 January 2026 at 11:00, academics who received the Teaching and Learning Performance Award presented their practices.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Beyza Aksu Dünya and Asst. Prof. Dr. Erdi Şimşek shared their innovative methods and impactful classroom projects with participants.

The seminar focused on concrete “good practice” examples that go beyond theoretical knowledge and aim to increase student success and motivation.

Quality-Oriented Development
The process led by Quality Coordinator Prof. Dr. Çetin Semerci aims to sustainably improve educational standards at the University. The seminar was regarded not only as a knowledge-sharing event but also as a platform enhancing academic interaction and motivation within the institution.
