Pursuant to the statement in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the "Bartın University Quality Assurance System Directive," which entered into force with the University Senate's decision dated 16.09.2025 and numbered 2025/13-03, stating that "The Quality Coordinatorship, together with its sub-units, is responsible for providing support to the Quality Commission in the execution of quality assurance establishment processes and activities for the dissemination of quality culture," the meeting numbered 2025-01 was held by the Research and Development Sub-unit.

The distribution of the Sub-criteria under the Research and Development Criterion among group members was discussed. During the meeting, it was decided to assign the following individuals to the respective sub-criteria:

• C.1. Management of Research Processes and Research Resources: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet CAN.
• C.2.1. Research Competencies and Development: Asst. Prof. Dr. Bayram DÜNDAR and Lect. Burak BODUR.
• C.2.2. National and International Joint Programs and Joint Research Units: Asst. Prof. Dr. Müslüm KAPLAN and Lect. Feyza ÇOBAN.
• C.3.1. Monitoring and Evaluation of Research Performance: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Beyza AKSU DÜNYA and Asst. Prof. Dr. Bekir GÜLER.
• C.3.2. Evaluation of Faculty Member/Researcher Performance: Head of Department Burak BEYGİRCİ and Vice Coordinator Cevdet DURAN.
