Pursuant to the statement in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the "Bartın University Quality Assurance System Directive," which entered into force with the University Senate's decision dated 16.09.2025 and numbered 2025/13-03, stating that "The Quality Coordinatorship, together with its sub-units, is responsible for providing support to the Quality Commission in the execution of quality assurance establishment processes and activities for the dissemination of quality culture," the meeting numbered 2025-01 was held by the Quality Assurance and Management Sub-unit.

The evaluation of improvement action plans in all units and the development of suggestions for improvement studies based on the Leadership, Governance, and Quality criteria were discussed.
