A preliminary meeting for the 2nd Institutional Evaluation and Improvement Studies Workshop was held with the Sub-unit Chairs, and consultations were conducted regarding the management of the process.

Feedback was provided regarding the completion of the necessary improvement studies (as specified in the Institutional Accreditation Report) for the criteria and sub-criteria under the responsibility of the Quality Coordinatorship sub-unit members, in accordance with the guidance of the team chairs. Furthermore, it was requested that additional meetings be held with unit members and that these meetings be officially recorded in minutes.
