Pursuant to the statement in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the "Bartın University Quality Assurance System Directive," which entered into force with the University Senate's decision dated 16.09.2025 and numbered 2025/13-03, stating that "The Quality Coordinatorship, together with its sub-units, is responsible for providing support to the Quality Commission in the execution of quality assurance establishment processes and activities for the dissemination of quality culture," the meeting numbered 2025-05 was held by the Institutional Data Management Sub-unit.

During the meeting, the continuation of the evaluation regarding the content and questions of the existing satisfaction surveys was discussed, and it was decided to prepare them for stakeholder feedback.
