Pursuant to the statement in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the "Bartın University Quality Assurance System Directive," which entered into force with the University Senate's decision dated 16.09.2025 and numbered 2025/13-03, stating that "The Quality Coordinatorship, together with its sub-units, is responsible for providing support to the Quality Commission in the execution of quality assurance establishment processes and activities for the dissemination of quality culture," the meeting numbered 2025-02 was held by the Institutional Data Management Sub-unit.

During the meeting, it was decided to obtain the opinions of the university's units regarding the draft directive prepared as part of the improvement efforts for the "Bartın University Institutional Survey Application Directive."
