Quality Commission Finalizes 2025 Institutional Self-Assessment Report (IQAR) Submitted for Senate Approval

The Quality Commission of our University held its fourth meeting of 2026. The meeting, chaired by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Zafer Ceylan, was conducted online on 27 March 2026, where the University’s quality assurance processes were reviewed.

Main Agenda: 2025 Institutional Self-Assessment Report (IQAR)
The most important agenda item of the meeting was the 2025 Institutional Self-Assessment Report (IQAR), which documents the University’s performance and quality standards for the previous year. The report was carefully reviewed by Commission members and finalized following comprehensive evaluations.

Process to Continue at the Senate Level
At the end of the meeting, it was decided that the 2025 IQAR would be submitted to the University Senate for approval. Following Senate endorsement, the report is expected to contribute to the University’s future vision and strategic objectives.

Summary:
In line with the principles of transparency and continuous improvement, our University successfully completed the preparation of the 2025 IQAR, which records academic and administrative processes, and submitted it to the higher governing body.
