With in the scope of the Institutional Accreditation Program (IAP), our University was evaluated by external assessors, and the feedback highlighted the need for a system in which “processes are linked with quality assurance mechanisms, and process performance is evaluated in terms of time, quality, and budget dimensions, as well as its alignment with strategic plan performance indicators.”

In this context, the final version of the Process Management Handbook was approved by the Quality Commission’s decision dated 27.01.2026 and numbered 2026/01 (01), and subsequently published on the website of the Coordination Office. Following this, process performance monitoring and evaluation activities were completed by the main process owners.

The “Process Performance Monitoring and Evaluation” reports prepared by the respective process owners were reviewed during the Quality Commission meeting No. 2026-03 of Prof. Dr. Zafer Ceylan, held under the chairmanship of the Vice Rector on 13 March 2026 at 14:00 in the Senate Hall.
