The 2026-01 meeting of the Quality Commission of our University was held online on 27 January 2026 at 15:00, under the chairmanship of Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Yafes Yıldız.

During the meeting, the following matters were discussed:

• Improvement activities regarding the “Quality Handbook,” “Process Management Handbook,” and “Quality Governance Models” in line with feedback received within the scope of the Institutional Accreditation Program, as well as amendments made following updates to the Quality Assurance System Directive.
• The “2025 Institutional Self-Assessment Team Stakeholder Visit Report,” consolidated by the Institutional Self-Assessment Team in line with field visits.
• The “Program Design, Evaluation and Updating Guide” prepared by the Student Affairs Office.
• The “2025 Improvement Plan Implementation Report” and the “2025 Additional Improvement Plan Implementation Report,” prepared and verified by process owner units.
• The alignment of the Strategic Plan, policies, mission, and vision completed under the 2025 Additional Improvement Plan.
• Findings from the workshop conducted by the Coordination Office’s Education and Training Sub-Unit, highlighting the need to diversify assessment and evaluation methods and reflect them in course information packages, which were included in the 2025 Additional Improvement Plan.
