As part of our University’s accreditation preparations, the series of guidance activities continued with the Coordinatorships in the afternoon session. During the meeting held at 14:30, discussions focused on horizontal communication among units and process management with the participation of Coordinators and Deputy Coordinators.

Focus Point:
Ensuring that the activities carried out by the Coordinatorships are directly aligned with the University’s overall strategic objectives and quality framework.

Key Highlights:

• It was deliberated how the working principles of the Coordinatorships can be standardized through Process Handbooks and how inter-unit coordination can be documented.
• The process of analyzing collected data and transforming it into reports submitted to senior management was evaluated as the “Check” phase of the PDCA Cycle.
• The role of Coordinatorships in ensuring rapid access to up-to-date data required for the accreditation process and in verifying this data was emphasized.
