A large-scale guidance activity was conducted to address the critical role of administrative units in our University’s May 2026 accreditation targets. The session, which began at 14:30, brought together all administrative departments—including the General Secretariat, Student Affairs, Strategy Development, Construction and Technical Affairs, Health, Culture and Sports, as well as the Revolving Fund Management Directorate—at a single platform.

Focus Point:
Enhancing the documentation capacity of administrative services and ensuring full alignment of process handbooks with the University’s digital transformation vision.

Key Highlights:

  • Service Standards: The way service quality is monitored through the PDCA Cycle was analyzed for units that directly serve people, such as Student Affairs and the Personnel Department.
  • Financial and Technical Traceability: The importance of transparent reporting within the Strategy Development, Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Revolving Fund processes was emphasized.
  • Campus and Infrastructure: The critical documentation responsibilities of the Library, Information Technology, and Construction Works units within the “physical and digital facilities” dimension of accreditation were clarified.

Management Message:
“Our University’s academic success is built upon the solid foundations of our administrative units represented at this table. We must view quality as a continuous workflow transferred seamlessly from one unit to another.”
