The Quality Coordination Office has added a new activity to its ongoing guidance efforts aimed at standardizing institutional data management and reporting processes.

Within the scope of the program held on 24 April 2026 at 15:00, a comprehensive briefing session was organized for the staff of the Strategy Development Department.

KAYSİS and Reporting Processes Discussed

In the presentation delivered by Deputy Coordinator Lecturer Özer Çulhaoğlu, the technical details of the procedures carried out through the Electronic Public Information Management System (KAYSİS) and the integration of these data into institutional reporting were emphasized.

The key topics highlighted during the meeting included:

• The alignment of updates made in KAYSİS with institutional identity and legislation
• Critical parameters to be considered in the preparation of unit activity reports
• Strategies to accelerate data flow and minimize the margin of error

The guidance activity continued with the answering of questions from the staff of the Strategy Development Department regarding system processes and the sharing of practical solution suggestions.
