BARU Quality Commission's Meeting No 2025-01 was held.
BARU Quality Commission Meeting was held on February 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM via video conference, chaired by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Sevim ÇELİK.
During the meeting;
- Changes to the sections of the Social and Human Sciences Ethics Committee's "FRM-0319 Participant Information and Consent Form - Social Sciences" and "FRM-0322 Ethics Committee Application Form" that are foreseen to cause confusion,
- Creation of the "FRM-xxxx Advisory Board Meeting Minutes" prepared within the scope of the "Bartın University Advisory Boards Directive No. 2022/01-03 dated 19.01.2022" discussed at the meeting of our University's Legislation Commission Presidency on 28.01.2025,
- Updating the Main Processes by defining them within the scope of the Process Management Handbook,
- The subject of the BARÜ 2024 Internal Institutional Evaluation Team Visit Report and KİDT Visits, Other Requests and Suggestions,
- Revision of our University's PDCA-Based Action Plan as an Improvement Plan within the framework of the need for simplification in the documents related to quality processes, as stated in the Institutional Accreditation Report,
These issues were discussed and decided upon.
